Location: Hybrid, Kohler, WIOpportunityThe Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program consists of four, six-month rotations focused on developing high potential talent for Kohler Co in Supply Chain and Operations Management. During the two years in the program, you will have multiple hands-on experiences through high-visibility assignments and executive support in career mentorship. These projects, diverse in size, scope and location support all Business Units and Corporate Functions at Kohler Co. At the end of the 2-year program, you will be offered a full-time role that blends Kohler Co’s needs with the passion and strengths of the LDP associate. The four rotations are tailored to your skills and career goals while focusing on Kohler’s current objectives and direction. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive.
