Key responsibilities include:

Campaign Management & Execution: Execute end-to-end KOL/KOC campaigns as PIC or supporting member, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements in terms of KPI, timeline, volume, and quality (typically 30–300 creators per campaign).

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suitable KOLs/KOCs from internal databases or external platforms based on campaign briefs and target audiences.
• Monitor campaign progress, timelines, and creator deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Identify gaps and support optimization to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks or issues during execution and propose timely solutions to ensure campaign success.
• Support tracking, data consolidation, and analysis for campaign performance.
• Conduct basic research on KOL/KOC profiles, content trends, and market insights to support campaign planning and optimization. Prepare structured monthly and post-campaign wrap-up reports for clients.

Contract & Payment

• Contract Management: Gather necessary information and input data into the system/files for the Admin team to generate contracts. Review and deliver contracts to KOCs/KOLs.
• Terms Negotiation: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to adjust terms when necessary and negotiate directly with KOCs/KOLs to finalize contracts
• Payment Tracking: Follow up on campaign timelines to facilitate and request timely payment processing for KOCs/KOLs

Others

• Internal Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly updates on campaign progress and task status to the Team Leader.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Support additional tasks assigned by Line Manager or Team Leader when required.
  

• 1 - 2 years of experience in influencer/KOL/KOC marketing operations in an agency environment
• Experience in beauty or FMCG influencer marketing is a plus
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Experience working with creators on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube (global campaign experience is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for both written and speaking

• Salary: 9.000.000 - 14.000.000 GROSS

• Performance Calibration: Reviews every 6 months (March & October).

• < 5km: 5,000 VND/day (Up to ~110,000 VND/month)
• 5km – 10km: 10,000 VND/day (Up to ~220,000 VND/month)
• > 10km: 15,000 VND/day (Up to ~330,000 VND/month)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday.

Strategic Hybrid Model: 4 days of collaborative office presence and a fixed weekly WFH day every Wednesday to focus on complex planning and research.
