L2 Support Engineer - 12 month contract - Remote | US hours

This 12-month contract role delivers second-level technical support for enterprise desktop, network, and server infrastructure at a cloud MSP. Responsibilities include advanced Windows troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 management, Active Directory and Group Policy administration, TCP/IP and DNS resolution, plus Windows server maintenance with detailed documentation and escalation to senior teams. Work fully remote aligned to US EST hours.

Requirements

• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
• MS 365, Windows 11 desktop support, Active Directory/Group Policy
• Windows server administration and troubleshooting
