Systems Engineer - L2 - 12 Month Contract| Evening hours

Deliver Level 2 technical support for MSP clients in this fully remote 12-month contract. Resolve networking, cloud, and server issues while working AEDT hours to ensure high-quality service delivery and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching
• WatchGuard firewalls and 3CX VoIP
• Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory
• Strong English communication skills
