L2 Support Engineer

Your future responsibilities: Provide second-level application support Maintain and manage the support knowledge base and documentation Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA Engineers Ensure smooth operation and support of software applications Manage changes, support requests, alerts, incidents, and troubleshooting activities Participate in incident on-call support rotations Your skills and experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in application or production support Hands-on experience in software support Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment (AWS) Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL Experience with Git (GitHub), Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Knowledge of AWS services, including EC2 and S3 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience working with systems and processes in the financial or banking industry Proven ability to investigate and resolve issues, analyze logs, and proactively identify potential problems before they occur Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset Critical thinking skills and a structured approach to problem-solving We offer what matters most to you: Competitive salary: we guarantee a stable income and annual bonuses for your personal contribution.
