Your main mission: Is to coordinate and oversee landscaping operations, ensuring that all maintenance activities, projects, and services are completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
✔️ What will your day-to-day look like?
Responsibilities include:
- Standard Implementation and Compliance
- Strictly apply and enforce the company's standards manual, aesthetic criteria, and landscaping protocols.
- Oversee the execution of landscaping projects and renovations to ensure they faithfully adhere to the plans and specifications of the corporate design department.
- Ensure the visual presentation of green areas consistently meets the complex's quality audit standards.
- Operational Leadership and Maintenance
- Direct, organize, and distribute the daily and weekly work of the local gardening team.
- Supervise technical tasks on-site (pruning, fertilization, pest management, irrigation), correcting any deviations immediately.
- Train staff on the company's established standard operating procedures.
- Control the area's operating and project execution budget.
- Analyze material costs, water consumption, and machinery performance to optimize resources.
- Manage relationships with local/regional suppliers and nurseries, ensuring that purchased supplies and plants meet corporate technical specifications.

Who is the ideal candidate for this position?
The ideal person for this position is Professional in technical gardening or agronomy with an operational focus, capable of implementing and enforcing the company's landscape standards and identity at the resort, ensuring budget control and management of the local team.
Education:
- Degree or Higher Technical Training in Landscape Architecture, Agronomy, or Botany
- Minimum 3 years in project execution and maintenance at luxury resorts or high-end properties, applying brand manuals and corporate protocols.
- Practical application of phytosanitary regulations, automated irrigation systems, tropical/Caribbean botany, and coastal soil management. .
Knowledge:
- Operational rigor and discipline to adhere to global brand standards.
- Field leadership and adaptability to the Caribbean work environment.
- Analytical judgment for cost control and process efficiency.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools, equipment, materials, and basic maintenance requirements.
- Ability to track supplies, equipment, work orders, schedules, and project requirements.
Languages:
- English native - Advance
- Spanish is a plus.
