We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Backend Developer to join our dynamic and growing technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high‑performance applications using modern technologies. You will work on complex initiatives involving headless architecture, containerization, cloud platforms, and CI/CD automation, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and mentoring engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java 17, Spring Framework, and MySQL. Build and manage frontend components using React.js within a headless architecture setup. Design and manage cloud‑based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Build and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines using Maven and Git. Containerize and deploy applications using Docker, managing environments effectively. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Java (preferably Java 17) and the Spring ecosystem. Strong experience with MySQL or other relational databases. Proficiency in React.js with a solid understanding of headless architecture concepts. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Git, and Docker. Proven experience working with at least one major cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Good to Have: Experience integrating with payment gateways, PIM systems, and OMS platforms. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Terraform. Experience working i.n Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and influence technical discussions. Analytical and problem‑solving approach focused on business value delivery.
