Lead Backend Engineer

● Technical writing skills. Experience of creating a documentation from scratch for a medium level
business
● Working in a fintech/proptech product Scale-up

● Develop and maintain our Java Spring-based platform for a quickly scaling business
● Collaborate with a distributed team of highly skilled engineers
● Contribute to the architecture and design of our growing platform
● Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
Requirements
● Strong Java experience (6+ years)
● Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MVC, Security), ORM frameworks
(JPA/Hibernate)
● Experience with Relational & NoSQL databases.
● AWS knowledge, including ECS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, etc.
● DevOps skills in AWS provisioning, operations, and management.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
