Are you passionate about shaping how organisations operate and driving meaningful transformation?
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Business Architect to establish and lead the business architecture discipline at Clarion, playing a pivotal role in connecting strategy, operations, technology and customer outcomes.
This is a rare opportunity to build and embed a business architecture capability from the ground up. As Lead Business Architect, you’ll create and own a comprehensive view of Clarion's business capabilities, processes, services and value streams, providing the foundation for strategic decision-making and change delivery across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and architecture colleagues, you’ll translate business, customer and technology strategies into a clear target business architecture and roadmap that supports long-term success.
Acting as a trusted advisor to both executive and operational stakeholders, you’ll help to shape operating model design, identify capability gaps and ensure that change initiatives align with agreed architectural principles and standards. Collaborating as part of a wider architecture community, you’ll bring together business, data and technology perspectives to create a shared vision of how the organisation works and evolves.
We’re seeking a proven leader with strong experience of business architecture within a large and complex service environment. You’ll have successfully developed capability models, process architectures and target operating models that have influenced strategic investment and transformation decisions. Just as importantly, you’ll be able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, bringing people together around a common direction and translating complex concepts into practical business solutions.
You will also manage and develop a team of business architecture professionals while also providing leadership and guidance across the wider Change Delivery function. Your coaching, governance and expertise will help raise the quality and consistency of business analysis and process design activity across the organisation.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to shape a growing discipline, influence strategic change and leave a lasting impact across a leading organisation, we want to hear from you now.
With hybrid working, base locations across England and flexible working arrangements this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!
