Lead iOS Developer up to 150K

Lead IOS Developer Remote (Canada or US) $110K to $150K Our Client A global human capital management (HCM) software company providing human resources, payroll, benefits, workforce management, and talent management capabilities in a single solution. Provides solutions for their clients of all sizes, to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding, to paying people and developing their careers. The Position Reporting to the Development Manager (Wallet), the Lead Software Developer (iOS) is responsible for designing and implementing new development projects and completing and augmenting the current solutions and services. You will concentrate on building the Dayforce Wallet product natively for iOS. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Technical Writing and Quality Assurance throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and technically solid. Responsibilities 1. Analyze, design, prototype, develop, test and support – complete software lifecycle in your hands 2. Work with the product owner, stakeholders, business analysts and other Dayforce developers to envision and deliver the required functionality 3. Create and enhance a scalable enterprise application for mobile devices 4. Assess risks and impacts on the existing system as new functions are added 5. Mentor intermediate and senior developers 6. Coordinate ongoing sprint work across feature teams 7.
