Lead Salesforce Engineer

Our engineering department is currently looking for a talented Principal Salesforce Specialist with deep knowledge in Agentforce and Data Cloud to strengthen our technical staff. Within this capacity, you will work hand in hand with our core corporate unit to propel forward innovative Agentforce projects and infrastructure designs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy intelligent automation sequences to maximize platform efficiency and enhance engagement
• Perform rigorous script evaluations and bottleneck analyses to guarantee superior application reliability and growth capacity
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners to convert intricate commercial requirements into durable engineering blueprints
• Construct tailored application bridges connecting third-party platforms with the primary CRM ecosystem for uninterrupted information exchange
• Diagnose and fix urgent application errors, access permission disputes, and release failures swiftly
• Set up exhaustive validation protocols and continuous integration pathways to guarantee dependable code deployments
• Record structural choices, platform settings, and procedural handbooks for ongoing system upkeep
• Offer expert technical direction and coaching to less experienced programmers across the technology unit

Requirements

• At least 5 years of career history operating in corporate software development and customer relationship management platform tailoring
• No less than one year of practice directing and supervising engineering teams
• In-depth practical mastery deploying and tuning Salesforce Agentforce to drive smart conversational bots and automated workflows
• Robust operational background applying Salesforce Data 360 to consolidate fragmented customer profiles, direct information loading, and power analytical intelligence
• Professional verbal and written command of the English language at a B2 grade or above guaranteeing frictionless international teamwork

Nice to have

Proven proficiency in sophisticated Salesforce programming such as Apex scripting, Lightning Web Components, and graphical user interface tailoring
