Senior Salesforce Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer possessing extensive expertise in Agentforce and Data Cloud to bolster our technology division. In this position, the engineer will partner closely with the established enterprise group to advance key Agentforce initiatives and architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automated workflows to streamline platform operations and optimize user interactions
• Conduct thorough code reviews and performance profiling to maintain high system stability and scalability
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical specifications
• Build custom integrations linking external services with the core CRM environment for seamless data flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical system bugs, permission conflicts, and deployment issues promptly
• Establish comprehensive testing procedures and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable software releases
• Document architectural decisions, system configurations, and operational workflows for future maintenance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the engineering department

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional background working within enterprise software engineering and CRM platform customization
• Extensive hands-on expertise implementing and configuring Salesforce Agentforce to power intelligent conversational assistants and automated actions
• Solid practical experience utilizing Salesforce Data 360 to unify disparate customer records, manage data ingestion, and fuel analytical insights
• Advanced verbal and written proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher ensuring smooth cross-border collaboration

Demonstrated capability in advanced Salesforce Development including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and visual interface customization
