We seek an innovative, self-driven and ambitious App Admin to join our Technical Operations team. As an Application Administrator, your job responsibilities include the following: Deploy Applications to Containers via Kubernetes on Linux Servers. Ensure 99.9 % Reliability and Availability of All Services Assigned to you. Setup and installation of required tools on the Window/Linux Servers. Quickly resolve system failures and troubleshooting of live support tickets ensuring a 99.9 technical Success. You will act as a partner to the participating bank/OFI you are assigned to. Ensuring that Issues and Incident Picked up by the Monitoring are Properly Escalated to the respective partner for Quick closure within TAT (2hours) Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Query Database and Logs to analyze pattern and deduce root cause of issues. Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues. Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance. Requirements We would love to meet you if you have: Experience with any scripting language (PowerShell or Python) is a must. IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus. A working knowledge of docker containers and Linux machines is a nice-to-have. Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols. Knowledge of containerization strategies. Experience with automation tools. Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS), and network security.
