This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and deep expertise in venture development or strategy consulting. What you will be doing Lead complex projects and cross-functional teams to develop and launch new ventures, ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop innovative business models, and drive go-to-market strategies. Push business development activities, including identifying leads, preparing proposals, and exploring follow-on project opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing thought leadership on innovation and new business within focus industries. Mentor and manage team members while ensuring the quality and success of all workstreams. What you need to be successful in this role 7+ years of experience in venture development or strategy consulting, with a proven track record of successful ventures or products. 4+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and delivering outstanding project results. Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills. Leadership and self discipline' to be ranked during interviews Expertise in market analysis, financial modelling, and business planning. Fluency in German and English.
