๐Ÿ  What We Do

The shift to electric mobility is happening. Electra is accelerating it.

Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions. Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.

In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.

We've grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and we're now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our own eMSP.

Backed by over โ‚ฌ1 billion in funding, we're looking for bold, passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europe's energy transition.

If that sounds exciting, we'd love to hear from you!

๐Ÿ’ผ Your Mission

Join Electra's People & Impact team for a 6-month internship from January to June 2027, where variety is part of the job: a training session to organize, a report to build with AI, a team to listen to, a partner to coordinate with.

You will be involved at every stage, from the first need expressed by a team to the session taking place, the feedback coming back and the analysis that helps us make the next one even better.

Reporting to the Talent & Development Expert, you will help shape how Electra learns, working in close collaboration with our team. AI will also be your daily superpower to automate repetitive tasks, speed up analysis and free up your time for the topics that matter most!

๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Your Responsibilities

  1. Keep training running smoothly

    • Own the organization of all our internal and external trainings, end-to-end.

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to make every training a success.

    • Track registrations, cancellations and the training budget to ensure accurate training data.

    • Identify ways to reduce training costs through our OPCO in France (eligible trainings, funding coverage, funding applications).

  2. Put data and AI at the service of learning

    • Maintain and improve the L&D tracker: consolidate training hours by country and team, using AI to automate data collection and cleaning.

    • Produce training reports with AI help (participation, hours per employee, satisfaction, budget) and write the analysis for the People & Impact team.

    • Use AI (notably Claude) on recurring tasks such as communication materials and feedback summaries, double-check its outputs and keep improving our prompts and workflows.

  3. Bring our learning offer to life

    • Feed and structure the Learning & Training Offer in Notion (catalog, resources, FAQ, calendar).

    • Write clear, engaging communications to promote sessions and encourage registration (Slack, emails, newsletters).

    • Collect and analyze participant feedback after each session.

  4. Contribute to Talent & Development projects

    • Identify training needs across managers, teams and countries, including the needs for our future Learning Management System (LMS).

    • Support the preparation of internal trainings led by the People & Impact team (performance campaigns, recruitment, management, etc.).

    • Run benchmarks (formats, tools, other companies' practices) and suggest improvements.

    • Contribute to other Talent & Development topics, such as Perform & Develop, engagement and more.

๐Ÿ˜Ž Your Profile

  • You are pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR, training management, education sciences, or at a business school with an HR specialization.

  • You are at ease with spreadsheets and Google Workspace (experience with an HRIS or Notion is a plus).

  • You are excited, or at least curious, about generative AI and keen to experiment with it daily.

  • You are curious, rigorous, organized and proactive, and enjoy being close to the field.

  • Administrative and financial topics around training don't scare you.

  • You are fluent in French and English.

  • A first experience in HR or training is a plus, but your curiosity, motivation and willingness to learn matter just as much.

โšก๏ธ What Electra Offers You

  • 1 day of remote work per week

  • Meal vouchers (Swile card: โ‚ฌ10/day, 50% covered by the company)

  • 1 day off per month

  • A team event every quarter with the whole Electra team

  • A CSE platform with many benefits (culture, sports, etc.)

  • The CSE (works council) funds your subscription to Wellpass, a multi-gym access solution giving access to a large network of sports partners throughout France.

Even if your profile doesn't match 100% of every criterion, we encourage you to apply. At Electra, we strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and free to be themselves.

We are committed to equal opportunities and do not tolerate any discrimination based on religion, cultural background, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

๐Ÿ’š We value potential, motivation, and a learning mindset just as much as experience. ๐Ÿš€
