About Brik

Frontline employees shape how customers feel about a brand every day, yet the training they receive rarely matches what is expected of them. Brik exists to change that.

We’re a learning and performance platform for frontline teams in hotels, retail stores, restaurants, cafés and bars. We turn each company’s own know-how, such as brand standards, SOPs, product information and safety rules, into short, gamified lessons employees complete on their phones. Our AI simulations also let them practise real customer conversations.

The role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of our clients’ training programs, from the first curriculum plan to the latest revision.

You’ll work closely with our clients and our content and product teams: keeping courses accurate and current, ensuring each client’s learning paths fit their people, and turning feedback from clients and learners into better courses and a better product.

What you'll do

Courses and content quality

  • Edit and improve courses (lesson cards, quiz questions, assessments) so they are accurate, clear and natural in both Turkish and English.
  • Review AI-generated course drafts against client source materials before publication, checking facts, tone and whether questions test real knowledge.
  • Review content reports and client feedback, coordinate the necessary revisions, and follow up until each action is closed.
  • Keep live courses current as clients’ standards, products, menus or regulations change, working with their subject-matter experts.

Client curriculums and success

  • Manage each client’s curriculum: which courses belong in each department and role-based learning path, the rollout plan, and what needs to be produced next.
  • Keep course catalogs organized, ensure every course is assigned to the correct path, retire outdated versions, and maintain a record of each client’s content rules and decisions.
  • Onboard new clients and pilots by gathering source materials, mapping positions to learning paths, and helping client administrators become comfortable with the platform.
  • Attend client meetings, track progress against agreed plans, and keep everyone clear on what is complete, what comes next, and what is needed from them.
  • Run recurring programs such as weekly assessments for retail teams, and monitor completion and engagement through regular progress reports.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts into new departments, properties or topics, and support business development with demo courses and pilot plans.

Product

  • Test selected features and releases before client rollout and report bugs clearly.
  • Recommend improvements to the app and admin panel based on where learners and client administrators encounter difficulties.
  • Help configure and test AI features for clients, including role-play simulations and conversational employee surveys.

What we're looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, training/L&D or content operations.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English. You’ll edit courses in both languages, so grammar, clarity and tone should matter to you.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several clients and deadlines without losing track of important details.
  • Confident, warm communication with clients, both in meetings and in writing.
  • A sharp eye for detail: you notice the wrong answer key, the number that doesn't match, the button that confuses people.
  • Comfort with digital tools (spreadsheets, project trackers, admin panels) and curiosity about using AI in your daily work.

Nice to have

  • Hospitality, retail or sales experience, such as hotel operations, food and beverage, housekeeping, retail stores or B2B sales. This will help you understand our learners and clients more quickly.
  • Experience with e-learning, instructional design or corporate training.
  • Experience testing software or working closely with a product team.

What we offer

  • Real ownership: you'll run client programs end to end and have a direct say in how our courses and product evolve.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered content production at a time when it is changing how companies train their teams.
  • Close exposure to how leading hospitality and retail businesses operate and develop their frontline teams.
  • Hybrid work, with a mostly remote working model.
