Requirements

• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Team Player: Lifelong learner with a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, an innovative approach, and a collaborative ownership mindset.
• Experience: 4–6 years of professional web development experience with hands-on frontend and backend/API development. Comfortable working in mature, long-lived codebases.
• Frontend & Web Technologies: Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern web development practices. Strong understanding of SPA architecture, responsive design, accessibility, and web performance. Familiarity with Next.js and SSR is a plus.
• Backend & Middleware: Hands-on experience with Java/Spring and REST APIs, including API design, validation, error handling, testing, and service integration. Understanding of BFF architecture, backward compatibility, caching, authentication, and API security is valued.
• Software Engineering & Architecture: Strong understanding of SOLID, OOP, design patterns, clean code, refactoring, and scalable architecture. Experience with modularization, dependency injection, and technical debt management.
• Frontend Ecosystem & Quality: Strong experience with the React ecosystem, including Redux, MUI, and design systems. Experience with unit, integration, and UI/E2E testing and test automation.
• CI/CD & Engineering Practices: Proficient in Git, CI/CD, and Continuous Delivery, with experience or familiarity with GitHub Actions and engineering quality gates.
• Performance, Reliability & Security: Experience with performance optimization, scalability, observability, production troubleshooting, and web/API security.
• AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development tools for coding, testing, refactoring, and technical analysis.
• Agile Mindset: Agile-minded, proactive, and comfortable working with Product, UX, QA, Backend, Mobile, and other engineering teams.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Node.js, Bun, microservices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, MCP, AI agents, and agentic software development. Experience with large-scale/high-traffic applications, particularly in travel, airline, e-commerce, or other transaction-intensive domains, is a plus.

• Contribute & Grow: Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering best practices, code quality, and technical improvements.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with Product, UX, QA, Backend, Mobile, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
