Qooob is a B2B iGaming aggregator connecting casino operators and game developers through its technology infrastructure. We are building a more open approach to game aggregation, with direct partner relationships, transparent commercial terms and technology that makes collaboration easier.
We are looking for a hands-on Middle+ / Senior Commercial Legal Counsel to own B2B contracting with game providers, operators, platforms and other partners. The role focuses on commercial agreements, negotiations and improving legal standards — not on running licensing or compliance functions.
What you will do
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of B2B agreements: drafting, review, redlines, negotiation and coordination through signature.
• Negotiate directly with counterparties’ legal teams, explain and defend qooob’s standard legal positions, and find pragmatic solutions within appropriate risk boundaries.
• Support existing contracts, amendments and related documentation in collaboration with Partnerships, Account Management and Finance.
• Manage a portfolio of agreements in parallel, keeping priorities, deadlines, SLAs, escalations and CRM contract statuses on track.
• Create and refine contract templates, standard clauses and practical approaches to recurring negotiation issues.
• Work closely with our separate Risk & Compliance team and join partner calls or adjacent legal discussions when your expertise is needed.
• Capture recurring contracting workflows and, over time, advise the Product Team on future self-service contract review, approval and signing features.
What we are looking for
• At least 4 years of relevant legal experience, primarily in B2B commercial contracting, plus hands-on iGaming experience.
• Independent experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and taking them through to signature.
• Understanding of cross-border contracting and the iGaming regulatory and licensing landscape as it affects commercial agreements.
• Strong working English for contract review, legal correspondence and negotiations; Ukrainian for collaboration with the team.
• Ownership, sound judgment, structured prioritisation and the ability to handle multiple contracts while balancing turnaround times, quality and commercial needs.
Nice to have
• Experience with game studios / providers, casino-game aggregators, B2B iGaming platforms or casino operators.
• Exposure to Ukrainian law, licensing / incorporation, or adjacent due diligence / AML / KYC / KYB matters.
• Experience using LegalTech, CLM or e-signature tools, and improving contract templates and legal workflows.
What we offer
• Full-time, remote arrangements.
• Competitive salary based on the results of the interview.
• Opportunities for career and professional growth.
• Flexible working hours: 10:00/11:00 — 19:00/20:00, Monday—Friday.
• Paid vacation and sick leave.
• An opportunity to shape legal standards, improve partner onboarding and contribute practical insight to future contracting tools
If you bring a business-oriented legal mindset and want to help shape the way a B2B iGaming aggregator works with its partners, we would be glad to meet you.
