Legal Intake Specialist (Philippines)

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound SSDI inquiries and conduct initial client intake.
  

• Gather and accurately document caller information.
  

• Assess potential client eligibility based on intake guidelines.
  

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
  

• Previous experience in intake, customer service, or call handling preferred.
  

• Familiarity with SSDI is an advantage.
  

• Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
  

• Must be willing to work from 6:00pm - 2:00am Central Time
