Job Description This is a remote position. Licensed Therapist LMFT, LCSW, LCPC/LMHC About Us We are a rapidly evolving mental health clinic with a small clinic culture and a tech company vision. We transitioned from a traditional physical location to a tech-driven company, 100% telehealth, and remote company while maintaining our warm and collaborative environment. What we need: Master's degree graduate Must be fully licensed at least in Nevada (NV) as a LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC/LMHC. We also accept if therapists are licensed in other states and are interested in becoming licensed in NV. Can be located in any state, as long as they are licensed in NV or are interested in becoming licensed in NV. We Welcome Therapists Nationwide We actively recruit therapists licensed in Nevada, as well as those from other states who are not yet licensed in NV. For therapists not currently licensed in Nevada, we will provide support to help you obtain your Nevada license. Complete Administrative Support : From credentialing, marketing, compliance, software, billing, insurance checks, and prior authorizations, to insurance audits – we’ve got it covered! Competitive Pay Scale: LMFT, LCSW, LCPC - $62.00+ per hour, with additional compensation as you grow your caseload. Independent Contractor Benefits: Choose your clients, define your methods of practice, work at your pace, and have the opportunity to write off business expenses. Smooth Onboarding Process: We aim to credential you with at least one insurance company within 2 weeks to 30 days. We’re committed to swiftly filling your schedule, usually within 1-2 months. CEU Reimbursement Available: Up to $1000/yr in reimbursements for CEUs of your choosing, after 1 year with Insight and with a 25+ session caseload per week. Join Our Team!
