Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Hawaii Location: Hawaii Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits About the Opportunity We are looking for an independently licensed mental health professional to join a remote clinical team serving clients throughout Hawaii. Key Duties Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform Establish treatment goals and adjust care plans based on client progress Support clients working through emotional concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions Determine when referrals or additional services may be beneficial Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow Hawaii licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
