HDE Services LLC is seeking a licensed psychologist with a PsyD to help launch a fully remote assessment service within our established early intervention program.

Our goal is to help families access timely evaluations for children with suspected autism, ADHD, and related developmental disabilities, reducing long waiting lists and connecting families with answers and support sooner.

About the Opportunity

We have a strong, established referral pipeline and relationships with families and community partners. This is a new service, so we are looking for someone comfortable joining during the development phase and allowing time for the program to grow.

Clients will not be available immediately upon joining. Initial assessment appointments will begin as program development, credentialing, and referral coordination are completed.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the owner to develop and launch the remote assessment program.
  • Assist with credentialing and payer enrollment as needed.
  • Help establish procedures for telehealth evaluations, assessment selection, documentation, and family feedback.
  • Conduct remote evaluations when clinically appropriate and within your training and expertise.
  • Determine suitability for remote assessment and recommend in-person evaluation when needed.
  • Prepare clear reports with individualized recommendations.
  • Explain findings to families with compassion and provide practical guidance on next steps.
  • Collaborate with our early intervention team and referring professionals, as appropriate.
Qualifications

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and active psychologist licensure, with authorization to serve children in their location.
  • Experience assessing children for autism, ADHD, and developmental concerns.
  • Experience with telehealth and assessment tools suitable for remote administration.
  • Strong clinical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A compassionate, family-centered approach.
  • Willingness to help develop a new service and allow time for the caseload to grow.
Position Details

  • Location: Fully remote.
  • Start: Initial program development, followed by evaluations as services become established.
  • Caseload: Builds over time; an immediate caseload is not guaranteed.
  • Compensation and schedule: To be discussed, including compensation for agreed-upon startup responsibilities.
Why Join HDE Services?

Help shape a new service within an established early intervention program, work directly with the owner, and make evaluations more accessible to children and families through remote care.

This is a remote position.
