• The PayBase: PKR 50,000/month
• Bonus: $15 for every qualified appointment you book
• Commission: 5% on closed deals
• Consistent performers make PKR 200,000+/month

The base is just your floor. What you earn beyond that is up to you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the full outreach process, start to finish:

• Find the right people using Sales Navigator, Boolean search, and account-based targeting
• Write outreach and follow-ups that read like a conversation, not a script
• Qualify people properly before anything hits the calendar
• Book meetings that actually show up prepared
• Keep our LinkedIn profiles looking sharp and credible
• Use AI tools where they help, not where they turn outreach into spam
• Stay on top of LinkedIn changes so your approach never goes stale

Targets

• Month 1 (probation): 4–5 qualified appointments
• Month 2 onward: 6–7 a month

Who We're Looking For

Someone who's genuinely good at LinkedIn, not just familiar with it. You should be comfortable with:

• Sales Navigator filters and Boolean logic
• Reading buying signals job changes, post activity, profile visits
• Making a profile look credible before you send a single message
• Building booking flows that feel natural
• Writing messages that don't sound like templates, even when they follow one

You'll thrive here if you have 2–3 years of real LinkedIn sales qualified appointment setting experience, write clean professional English, take ownership without being chased, and know the difference between a good meeting and one booked just to hit a number.

This probably isn't for you if you want a passive paycheck, treat LinkedIn as just another tool, or go quiet when results dip instead of talking it through.
