Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound cold calls to potential business customers.
• Introduce AivaStark and explain its benefits.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
• Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain lead and call records and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and energetic personality.
• Previous telesales/cold-calling experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• IT/SaaS sales experience is a plus.
• Target-oriented and comfortable making high-volume calls.

Salary: PKR 40,000–60,000/month, depending on experience and performance.
