Duties and Responsibilities: Live stream products on social media platforms ( Shopee, Tiktok, among others) to promote sales. Create and develop a strategy on how to improve the production workflow and contributes to the content of the show. Drives traffic and engagement by interacting with online customers/viewers, directly answering inquiries on product information, payment method, and shipping process during live shows. Knowledgeable of all products, functionality and promotions. Maintains good relationships with customers to ensure high engagements, sales and repeat buying. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure adherence to management standards on live streaming. Skills and Qualifications Has at least experience doing live streaming, online selling, hosting social media events, etc. With a cheerful and pleasing personality. Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft tools. Experienced in handling social media platforms and other marketplaces. With good communication skills. Willing to work on flexible work hours. Willing to undergo training.
