We are looking for a confident and engaging Livestream Host to represent our brands on TikTok Shop. This is a remote, ad hoc opportunity suited for someone who enjoys interacting with audiences, presenting products and creating an engaging shopping experience through livestreams.

Job Description

As our Livestream Host, you will be responsible for hosting TikTok Shop livestreams, introducing products and engaging with viewers to encourage sales and build brand awareness.

You will work closely with the CC Team to understand product offerings, promotions and livestream objectives, ensuring that each session is engaging, informative and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Host TikTok Shop livestreams remotely on an ad hoc basis.
• Introduce and showcase products while highlighting their features, benefits and key selling points.
• Actively engage with viewers by responding to comments, answering product enquiries and encouraging interactions.
• Drive sales through effective product presentations and appropriate calls to action.
• Communicate ongoing promotions, discounts and campaign highlights accurately.
• Follow livestream schedules, briefing documents and instructions provided by the CC Team.
• Maintain a professional, approachable and engaging presence throughout each livestream.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage audiences and maintain an energetic livestream environment.
• Responsible, punctual and able to commit to confirmed livestream assignments.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with TikTok and TikTok Shop is preferred.
• Previous livestream hosting or sales experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with our products, promotions and brand guidelines before each session.

Additional Requirements (For Remote)

• Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for livestreaming.
• Must have access to a suitable and presentable filming environment.
