We're looking for an enthusiastic LLM Scientist who enjoys experimenting, building and turning exciting ideas into practical applications.

🧠 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

▪️ Develop and optimise LLM-powered applications.

▪️ Build intelligent solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.

▪️ Experiment with prompts, model parameters and AI APIs to improve performance.

▪️ Develop prototypes and proofs of concept, taking ideas towards implementation.

▪️ Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications and business workflows.

▪️ Collaborate with AI scientists, engineers and consultants to solve real-world challenges.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Experience in AI, machine learning, data science or a related field.

✔️ Hands-on experience developing LLM applications and integrating AI APIs.

✔️ Knowledge of Python, RAG, AI agents or Generative AI technologies.

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️ A curious, practical mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.

✔️ Business-level Japanese or above is required.

Experience with cloud data platforms, financial services or LLMOps would be an advantage.
