🧠 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

▪️ Design, develop and optimise advanced LLM-powered applications.

▪️ Explore RAG, AI agents and emerging Generative AI techniques.

▪️ Evaluate models, experiment with different approaches and improve AI performance.

▪️ Investigate complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.

▪️ Build prototypes and help take successful concepts towards implementation.

▪️ Apply AI to enterprise challenges, including automation and knowledge-intensive workflows.

▪️ Collaborate with AI specialists, engineers and consultants to deliver innovative solutions.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Strong technical experience in LLMs, machine learning, Generative AI or a related field.

✔️ Hands-on experience designing and developing AI-powered applications.

✔️ Strong programming skills, particularly Python, and familiarity with relevant AI frameworks.

✔️ Experience with RAG, AI agents, model evaluation or performance optimisation.

✔️ Ability to investigate complex problems, evaluate alternatives and deliver practical solutions.

✔️ A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for advancing AI technology.

✔️ Business-level Japanese or above is required.

Experience with model fine-tuning, training, inference optimisation, LLMOps, cloud AI platforms or AI research would be advantageous.
