Starting Pay Rate is Based on Experience - Minimum Hourly Rate:

This department typically works weekdays between 8am-5pm.

Once trained this positon may be able to work hybrid.

Summary:

The team’s primary responsibilities are accurately booking the consumer loans into the core system and processing the consumer paid loans. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the team is responsible for completing the items that are listed under the Essential Duties & Responsibilities section.

The Associate will be expected to work on routine tasks following procedures and may occasionally involve non-standard assignments.

Essential Duties:

DAILY

• Book new Installment and HELOC loans into the core system
• Process HELOC renewals
• Perform Day 2 data review for new & renewed booked IL’s, HELOC’s and ML’s
• Loan Control – input comments to the shared recon for each loan listed
• Distributing new loans to be booked
• Process paid consumer loans

As Needed

• Rebook compromised HELOC’s
• Update core for HELOC Modifications
• Process returned mail
• Create thin file for consumer & mortgage loans

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required for this position:

Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel.

Good communication skills and accurate data entry/typing skills.

Ability to work through doc errors and communicate same to Doc Prep team.

The ability to use office equipment such as phones, fax machines, and calculators.

Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently following procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma

1 year of Loan Servicing or related experience.

Internal Pay Level 6
