Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about helping clients through the loan process? We’re looking for a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely loan submissions from application through settlement.
What You’ll Do:
📄 Document Management
Send document checklists to clients
Follow up on missing or incomplete requirements
Verify the accuracy and validity of documents
💰 Lender Pricing & Proposal Preparation
Complete lender pricing requests
Order valuations when needed
Review lender policies to ensure accurate loan structuring
Prepare high-quality credit proposals
📥 Data Entry & Loan Submission
Enter client and loan data into CRM and lender portals
Upload all supporting documentation
Submit the full loan application to the lender
🔄 Managing Conditions & Client Follow-ups
Gather outstanding documents to satisfy lender conditions
Coordinate closely with clients to ensure timely completion
Present final files for broker review before re-submission
🏡 Valuation Coordination
Order valuations (if not done earlier)
Follow up on valuation progress and address any valuation concerns
✔️ Formal Approval & Settlement Prep
Communicate formal approval updates to both broker and client
Assist in preparing the file for the settlement stage
Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience or background in SalesTrekker (SalesTrekker proficiency is a big advantage!)
High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Equipment is self-provided

Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
