WBN CPs work Monday through Friday during US business hours. We are searching for ambitious, top-talented self-employed who are driven to succeed by providing long-term virtual assistant skills to the companies they serve. As a WBN CP, you will have the privilege of assisting with a variety of common processes and tasks necessary to keep your client’s business running smoothly. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include but not be limited to: Coordinate and schedule transportation for goods and products. Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery. Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status. Resolve any issues or delays in transportation. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and inventory. Optimize routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency. Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations. Requirements At least 2 years of proven experience as a logistics coordinator, dispatcher, or similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics processes. Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
