🚛 WE’RE HIRING: LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – AFTERHOURS SUPPORT

📍 Location: 100% Remote (Medellín)

💰 Salary: COP $2,000,000

🕒 Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 12PM-8PM or Saturday and Sunday 8PM-6AM

📄 Contract: Full-time

🔎 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience using TMS
• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Review the complete load board and resolve outstanding issues from the day shift to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor nighttime pickups and deliveries, verifying load status, location, and reefer temperature when applicable.
• Document shipment updates, exceptions, and operational incidents accurately in the TMS and load notes.
• Coordinate urgent carrier coverage for load falloffs, including carrier qualification and rate negotiation when required.
• Process lumper requests and manage appointment rescheduling within authorized guidelines.
• Communicate operational updates, delays, and critical issues to customers, managers, carriers, and the day shift team.
• Prepare the load board and pending tasks for a smooth handoff to the next shift.
• Manage a high-volume load board independently, exercising sound judgment and ensuring timely follow-up during after-hours operations.
