LUXURY CAPSULE is a Dubai-based private luxury handbag sourcing and resale boutique specialising in exceptional designer handbags from prestigious fashion houses, including Hermès, Chanel, Dior and Fendi.

Our curated collection features exclusive, rare and highly sought-after pieces, with individual handbag values ranging from AED 55,000 to AED 300,000.

We are expanding our private client network and seeking experienced Independent Luxury Personal Shoppers and Private Client Advisors for commission-based partnerships.

The Opportunity

We are looking for established luxury professionals who already have a strong network of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients interested in acquiring exceptional designer handbags.

This is not a traditional retail sales position.

The ideal candidate will leverage their existing professional relationships to introduce qualified clients to Luxury Capsule's exclusive collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce existing HNW and UHNW clients to Luxury Capsule's available handbag collection.
• Identify suitable pieces based on clients' preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Share approved product information and coordinate qualified enquiries.
• Facilitate introductions and private shopping appointments.
• Maintain professional, discreet relationships with private clients.
• Collaborate with Luxury Capsule to support successful transactions.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a luxury personal shopper, private client advisor, or luxury handbag sourcing specialist.
• An established network of high-net-worth luxury buyers, preferably in Dubai and the wider GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Hermès Birkin, Kelly, Chanel and other collectible designer handbags.
• Previous experience facilitating high-value luxury transactions.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
• A professional and discreet approach to private client services.
• Ability to operate independently under the appropriate UAE work authorisation.

Candidates must already have an established luxury clientele. This role does not involve cold calling or general retail customer acquisition.

Compensation Structure

This is a 100% commission-based independent collaboration, with no fixed salary.

Commission rates will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and agreed in writing before any introductions or transactions.

Payments will be made on eligible, completed sales in accordance with the partnership agreement.
