Your expertise will help organisations turn their Information Management strategies into real-world information architecture and governance frameworks to support flexible working and improved collaboration. You’ll also create clear documentation and provide hands-on knowledge transfer to ensure clients can confidently manage and maintain their solutions long after implementation.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in information management, with an ability to provide pragmatic advice and support across digital and physical information environments.
- Strong working knowledge of the information management lifecycle
and the regulatory requirements for information, with practical experience in developing ways to meet the requirements of both.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, navigation and lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of
Microsoft information protection, governance and compliance features, with hands-on expertise in administering and maintaining SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
- Ability to clearly communicate information management concepts, policies and benefits to stakeholders at different levels of an organisation, and to work well with both technical and non-technical people to build trusted relationships.
- Practical experience migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience developing training and supporting materials for M365 collaboration tools, and delivering this training through coaching and demonstrations.
- Experience developing policies, strategies, roadmaps or practices [desirable]
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or other Generative-AI tools, with experience in assessing organisational readiness (desirable)
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Bi, Power Apps) [desirable]
