Where you come in We're looking for Machine Learning Engineers at Chowdeck who'll help build intelligent systems and data-driven products across our platform and operations. You'll work on problems across forecasting, logistics optimization, ETA prediction, recommendations, fraud detection, and operational automation while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams. In this role, you'll be required to: Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready machine learning models and services Develop ML pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model-serving infrastructure Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product teams to operationalize machine learning systems Improve systems related to ETA prediction, demand forecasting, personalization, and operational optimization Monitor model performance and reliability in production environments Help improve experimentation and data-driven product development practices Contribute to tooling and infrastructure improvements for ML workflows You're perfect for the role if you: Have 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems Have strong Python and software engineering fundamentals Have experience with modern ML frameworks and tooling Can write clean, maintainable, production-quality code Can think through product and operational problems using data-driven approaches Care deeply about scalability, reliability, and performance Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities Beyond the paycheck, Chowdeck employees get: Full medical coverage Smart, kind colleagues invested in your growth Housing Assistance Transport Assistance Lunch allowance Chowdeck is an equal-opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
