What will you do?

• Design and build robust ML / LLM Ops pipelines for production traffic ingestion and processing.
• Implement sophisticated storage tiering and data governance, adhering to privacy and retention policies.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and query paths to facilitate debugging and monitoring of production systems.
• Establish PII redaction and safety classification mechanisms at the data ingestion boundary.
• Set up evaluation-mining workflows and integrate regression alerts with model and prompt deployments.
• Drive toolchain decisions, define architecture, and ensure the end-to-end operational reliability of the pipeline.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Solid professional experience (5+ years) in building and operating production-grade data or ML platform systems, including ingest, storage, and access control.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with ML / LLM evaluation systems, including offline regression sets and online autoraters.
• Proficiency in Python and practical experience with LLM tracing and observability tooling.
• Experience implementing PII redaction and data-handling controls in regulated or multi-tenant environments.
• Strong understanding of common failure modes in ML and LLM-based systems (e.g., hallucination, retrieval failures).
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), data-versioning tools, and relevant LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI).
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
