Role Overview: The role focuses on identifying and implementing AI and GenAI solutions to enhance automation and business processes, including RPA, BPM, and Power Platform. It combines strong hands-on expertise in AI, API integrations, and programming with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment. Role insights: Integrate AI / GenAI services into existing and new automation solutions. Identify and analyze AI use cases within automation and business processes. Work with AI services via APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, similar platforms). Process and extract value from structured and unstructured data (documents, text, inputs). Collaborate closely with Automation Developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects. Create and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team. What makes you unique : Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts (NLP, classification, information extraction, decision support). Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs (prompt engineering, API-based usage). Strong skills in Python or Java. Experience working with REST APIs. Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
