Save, upload, and archive communication records (OCM/WCC, CRM, Shared Folders, SharePoint). Generate transaction records (CRM Logging, SSRS Reports, etc.). Monitor incoming emails in the LLLP mailbox. Acknowledge receipt of customer emails, purchase orders (POs), and requests for quotation (RFQs). Verify new customer accounts and work with the Customer Vendor Data Hub team for the creation of accounts in the business systems. Allocate requests, tasks, and emails to the appropriate individual or support group (Workload and Escalation Management).
