Maintenance Technician – Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and prolong equipment life
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and replacement parts
• Support emergency repairs and after-hours maintenance when needed
• Recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance efficiency and safety
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance techniques
• Prepare new locations with our systems and setups
• Oversee local site upgrade projects
• Meeting with contractors for bidding involvement in upgrades
• Work with local landscapers for quality issues
• Turning in and coding receipts and invoices
