THIS ROLE: As a Business Support Manager you will oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of business management activities to ensure the smooth operation of an organization's business processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO: You’ll manage budgets and financial resources efficiently, ensuring proper cost control and optimal allocation of expenses. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering clear communication, regular updates, and effective issue resolution. You’ll drive process improvements and lead change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize operational disruption. You’ll develop and execute business plans, strategies, and goals aligned with organizational objectives, collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations teams. You’ll ensure quality and compliance by conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and proactively managing risks to safeguard the organization. ABOUT YOU: You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Operations Management) with 5–7 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Operations Manager. You demonstrate proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to guide teams effectively. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in business operations and process improvement methodologies. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with relevant industry experience that supports operational excellence.
