What this position entails

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Manager, Content Strategy leads the strategy, development, and evolution of IntelliScript's content and creative function in support of commercial growth. This role connects business priorities, product strategy, market insight, and subject-matter expertise to create compelling narrative, design, and content experiences across the buyer journey. The Manager will lead and develop the content and creative team while building the processes, standards, and operating model needed to scale a sophisticated B2B content function.

This is an opportunity to shape what content means at IntelliScript. As our portfolio and commercial ambitions expand, content must do more than communicate what we offer. It must help customers understand complex problems differently, make sophisticated technology and data meaningful, and establish the ideas our business can credibly own in the market. The person in this role will help build that capability, developing both the team and the discipline that will support IntelliScript’s next stage of growth.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and own the content strategy, in alignment with the Director of Marketing and broader marketing strategy, supporting IntelliScript’s business, commercialization, product-marketing, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Translate business and product strategy into market-facing narratives and content programs that build understanding, credibility, and demand.
  • Lead and develop a team of content and creative professionals, establishing clear priorities, standards, roles, and accountability.
  • Partner with product marketing and business leaders to identify the stories, proof points, and points of view IntelliScript should own in the market.
  • Guide content across the buyer journey, from thought leadership and market education through product storytelling.
  • Build the processes, governance, and planning discipline necessary to scale content development across an expanding portfolio.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and SMEs, helping turn deep technical expertise into clear and differentiated external communications.
  • Direct the day-to-day work of agency and specialist partners, including content production and SEO/AEO firms, establishing standards and review processes and recommending scopes of work in alignment with the Director of Marketing.
  • Establish standards for editorial and design quality, voice, consistency, and strategic alignment across content.
  • Guide design execution in support of content strategy across web, events, and campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with broader marketing priorities.
  • Recommend and make thoughtful prioritization decisions within the content and creative function, in alignment with broader marketing priorities, balancing immediate commercial opportunities with longer-term brand and market-building objectives.
  • Help shape the future content capability, including talent, workflows, tools, and external resources.
  • Take ownership of content-team outcomes and major cross-functional content initiatives, resolving obstacles and driving work to completion .
  • Define and report on content performance metrics aligned with agreed marketing and business goals, including content’s contribution to demand and commercial outcomes, and use insights to continuously improve strategy and effectiveness.
  • Participate in occasional travel for company and industry events.
  • Perform other duties as consistent with the scope and level of the position.
