The Media Production Specialist works with members of the Video Production Team and management to produce video content, webinars and podcasts. This includes recording video, editing and other production related tasks.

• Record video, edit and perform studio production tasks and handle the recording and editing of audio
• Travel to events to record and produce video content
• Take initiative and make recommendations to ensure high quality work
• Serve as production staff during studio and field productions
• Assist with project intake and production coordination
• Assist with file storage organization and archiving
• Pro-actively recommend ways to improve the quality and efficiency of assigned work and deliverables to management
• Perform work independently and seek out necessary resources
• Stay current with evolving technologies in electronic communication and participate in learning and training as required
• Other tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Photography or related degree
• 2 to 4 years related work experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere editing platform preferred
• Knowledge of motion graphics preferred

• Must be facile with multimedia editing, including video, audio and image editing
• Must be committed to continual learning and skills acquisition
• Must be flexible and adaptive
• Must be patient and willing to work with people who may be less knowledgeable but need the assistance of knowledgeable people to communicate their messages in multiple formats
