Manager, Corporate Communications and Public Affairs – Internal Communications

Conscia Talent is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Fáilte Ireland for an exciting opportunity to join its Corporate Communications and Public Affairs team.

Are you an experienced communications professional with a passion for employee engagement, strategic communication and creating meaningful connections across an organisation?

This is an opportunity to lead Fáilte Ireland’s Internal Communications strategy, working closely with the CEO, senior leadership and colleagues across the organisation to deliver impactful communications and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and delivery of the Internal Communications strategy
• Providing strategic communications advice to senior leaders
• Developing engaging campaigns that connect colleagues with organisational priorities and values
• Managing internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet and digital content
• Leading staff events and initiatives, including the Staff Conference
• Managing the Internal Communications team, budget and external service providers

About the role:

• Location: Dublin
• Hybrid working
• Salary: €69,149 – €109,980
• Annual leave: 27 days
• Full-time, temporary position

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in Internal Communications within a comparable, complex organisation
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications skills
• Experience delivering communications campaigns, managing projects and internal channels
• Budget and external agency management experience
• A relevant professional qualification at QQI Level 6 or above
