Job Title: Podcast Host Intern, The Process People
Time commitment: up to 2h per week
Role Type: Internship
Compensation: Unpaid
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Remote
Company Description Famla AI is an Irish AI-first company. Our platform acts as a junior Business Process Analyst: it interviews teams, drafts process maps, and tracks the tasks and milestones of improvement projects. Organisations use these maps to capture institutional knowledge, prepare for quality audits, run Lean Six Sigma projects, and decide where AI and automation will actually help.
The Process People is Famla's podcast on Spotify and YouTube, running in two formats:
- Main show: 30 to 45 minutes conversations with experienced operations leaders such as John Dennis, Chair of ILSSI (International Lean Six Sigma Institute).
- NextGen: 20 to 25 minutes episodes spotlighting rising talent in operations, supply chain, and quality, and their approach to AI.
Role Description You will be the voice of both shows. The Famla team books guests, writes every script, and handles all editing and publishing. You focus on hosting. No video editing skills needed.
- Host and record episodes on camera on Riverside, following the script prepared by the Famla team.
- Lead relaxed, well-paced conversations that draw out concrete stories and make each guest shine.
- Share published episodes on LinkedIn.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to lead engaging, structured conversations.
- Comfort working remotely, managing a full-time schedule, and coordinating across time zones.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Communications, Business, Media, or related field) is beneficial.
- Interest in AI-driven products, operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
What You'll Get
- Your own on-camera portfolio on Spotify and YouTube, and a stronger personal brand.
- Direct conversations with senior operations leaders and rising talent in the field.
- A detailed reference letter and, where possible, support with university credit recognition.
