- Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) demand process for the assigned portfolio, including the monthly Demand Review. Align Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, and global partners on the demand outlook, key assumptions, risks, opportunities, and decisions.
- Own the 36-month unconstrained demand forecast by combining statistical projections, customer and channel signals, market insights, commercial strategy, lifecycle events, and financial expectations.
- Ensure approved forecasts, assumptions, lifecycle events, and master data are updated accurately and on time in Anaplan, OMP, and other planning systems. Reconcile information across planning and reporting sources.

- Track forecast accuracy and bias using measures such as MAPE and BIAS. Identify causes of error and lead improvement actions with business partners.
Market, Portfolio & Lifecycle Intelligence
- Develop a strong understanding of the North America market, including patient and customer needs, channels, distributor and inventory trends, policy and access changes, economic factors, competitors, and therapeutic-area trends. Turn these insights into forecast updates and business actions.
- Lead demand planning for key product lifecycle events, including launches, indication or formulation changes, supply transitions, mature-brand optimization, discontinuations, and loss of exclusivity (LOE).
Cross-Functional Decision Support & Risk Management
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Therapeutic Area Supply Chain Leads, Value Chain Management, Supply Planning, and other functions to develop scenarios, assess demand and inventory impacts, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend actions that protect supply and business value.
- Identify demand changes, supply constraints, and customer-service risks early. Lead demand mitigation, allocation planning, prioritization, and executive escalation as needed.
- Represent Demand Management in Integrated Management Team (IMT) and other portfolio governance forums. Challenge assumptions and drive timely cross-functional decisions.

Preferred:
- Experience partnering across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and end-to-end Supply Chain teams, and building trusted relationships across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
- Experience with complex product lifecycle events—including launches, mature brands, loss of exclusivity, generic competition, and discontinuations—and with scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, market and channel analytics, customer inventory, and demand sensing.
- Experience with enterprise planning, analytics, and visualization tools such as SAP, Anaplan, OMP, and Microsoft Excel, plus knowledge of IBP and monthly planning processes.
