• Teamführung & Motivation: Du steuerst das Team operativ und disziplinarisch, setzt klare Prioritäten und schaffst ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld, das exzellente Leistungen fördert.

• Coaching & Best Practices: Du etablierst exzellente Standards in der Kundenansprache durch das konsequente Teilen von Best Practices – etwa zu Remote Selling, souveräner Einwandbehandlung und modernen Abschlusstechniken. Durch regelmäßige, qualitative Auswertungen von Kundeninteraktionen gibst du individuelles Feedback und hebst das vertriebliche Niveau deines Teams kontinuierlich an.

• Strategie & Markttrends: Du analysierst Trends zur zukunftsorientierten Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios und sicherst profitables Wachstum in enger Kooperation mit den Market Units.

• Digitale Exzellenz & KPI-Steuerung: Du steuerst das Team datenbasiert und nutzt moderne Tools sowie KI, um Workflows zu optimieren. Dabei definierst und monitorst du relevante KPIs (z. B. Conversion Rates, Aktivitätslevel) und leitest daraus direkt konkrete Coaching-Maßnahmen ab, um die Performance messbar zu steigern.
