Du bist unser Gesicht zum Kunden! Als vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit weißt Du zu begeistern, souverän zu präsentieren und bringst Deine Leidenschaft für unser Produktportfolio ein, während Du Abschlüsse aktiv vorantreibst.

• Echtes Verkaufstalent: Du brennst für den Vertrieb, suchst aktiv die Bühne beim Kunden und überzeugst durch dein gewinnendes Auftreten.

• Vertriebssteuerung: Du entwickelst das Bestandsgeschäft in deinem Gebiet Marburg / Wetzlar/ Fulda / Gotha / Bad Kissingen strategisch weiter.

• Jagdfieber: Du identifizierst Potenziale mit sicherem Instinkt und gewinnst Neukunden durch deine mitreißende Art.

• Verhandlungsstärke: Du führst Verhandlungen eigenverantwortlich und mit dem nötigen Biss zum Erfolg.

• Marktanalyse: Du hast den Markt im Blick und weißt genau, wo deine nächste Chance wartet.

• CRM-Management: Deine Erfolge dokumentierst du strukturiert in Salesforce.

Are you a MATCH?

• Du hast ein Studium (technisch/kaufmännisch) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Tasche. Du bist eine echte Vertriebs-Natur mit hoher Eigenmotivation, Charisma und einer gesunden Portion Durchsetzungsvermögen.

• Du hast bereits bewiesen, dass du im Vertriebsaußendienst (idealerweise Gase oder Technik) den Unterschied machen kannst.

• Du arbeitest eigenständig, denkst unternehmerisch und verlierst nie den Fokus auf deine Ziele.

• Ein Führerschein Klasse B und Lust auf Reisen in deiner Region sind für dich Standard.
