Build measurement plans that connect paid social and integrated media to client business outcomes, using lift studies, incrementality tests, and geo-holdouts where budgets allow
Build and maintain automated reporting pipelines that feed live client dashboards (for example, Supermetrics or Funnel feeding Looker Studio or BigQuery), reducing manual exports
Deliver weekly performance insights and monthly reports with clear, actionable recommendations, and support quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Use AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) to draft performance summaries, flag anomalies and pacing issues, surface insights, and support media negotiations, verifying every AI output against source data before it reaches a client
Use generative AI to speed up ad copy and creative concept development for testing, within client brand and compliance guidelines
Create and share prompt libraries, templates, and SOPs so other MDG departments can reuse proven AI workflows
Follow MDG data policies, including keeping client and customer personal data out of unapproved AI tools
Client Leadership and New Business
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and platform partners
Create client presentations with both executive-level and detailed views, tailored to the audience
Be able to lead media planning for new business and serve as a leading voice in media-focused pitches, partnering with the new business team
