We are looking for a Manager IT Systems Management NA for North America. In this key leadership role (working with the Group ITSM Head), you define the strategy, architecture, security and operational performance of our entire IT infrastructure landscape. You build and run a secure, scalable and compliant global platform that supports business growth, regulatory requirements and digital transformation. You lead a partially outsourced operating model and retain full accountability for all infrastructure services. You report directly to the VP IT North America.
Main Responsibilities
Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture
- Define and execute global infrastructure strategy aligned with corporate and digital roadmap.
- Own target architecture for hybrid and cloud environments (Microsoft-centric).
- Drive modernization, consolidation, and standardization across regions.
- Ensure scalability for international growth and M&A activities.
- Set architecture governance standards and roadmaps
- Provide governance for LAN, WAN, wireless, Internet connectivity, VPN, firewalls, network access control, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and cloud connectivity.
- Drive network modernization, standardization, lifecycle management, observability, and capacity planning.
- Establish consistent network architecture and security standards across manufacturing, office, data center, and cloud environments.
Operations & Service Management
- Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing global infrastructure operations.
- Govern ITIL‑based processes and enforce SLAs, OLAs and KPIs.
- Establish end-to-end service ownership across internal and outsourced services.
- Ensure operational alignment and control across North America and other regions.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement.
Supplier & Outsourcing Governance
- Lead vendor strategy, selection and contract negotiations.
- Manage outsourced partners and ensure SLA adherence.
- Oversee partner compliance with ISO 27001 and SOX controls.
- Ensure cost transparency and effective cost optimization.
Information Security & Compliance
- Maintain and enhance ISO/IEC 27001 certification for infrastructure.
- Own infrastructure‑related ISMS controls and documentation.
- Ensure SOX‑compliant IT General Controls.
- Oversee access governance and secure configuration baselines.
- Act as main infrastructure contact during audits.
Disaster recovery & business continuity
- Define and maintain global infrastructure disaster recovery strategy.
- Ensure regular DR testing and validation of RTO/RPO targets.
- Align infrastructure resilience with enterprise BCM requirements.
Financial & Organizational Leadership
- Own North American infrastructure budgeting and cost management.
- Optimize cloud, license and managed service costs.
- Lead global infrastructure teams (direct and matrix).
- Foster a performance‑driven, accountable culture.
Your Profile
Professional Experience
- 5+ years in senior IT infrastructure leadership roles.
- Experience in ISO/IEC 27001‑certified environments.
- Strong background with partially outsourced operating models.
- Experience managing complex environments; global exposure desired.
- Proven experience in cloud transformation and modernization.
- Experience in publicly listed / SOX‑regulated companies is an advantage.

- Microsoft 365 enterprise architecture
- Entra ID / Active Directory hybrid identity
- Windows Server environments
