In our Mobile Solutions subdomain, we design and improve apps such as the Post & DHL app, the main app for Deutsche Post in Germany with millions of users or for our parcel locker network, thus helping millions of people to make everyday life easier. We are looking for a Team Manager to join our growing team in India; the role combines technical and disciplinary leadership and project management. Become part of our team.

What you can do with us:
· You will take over the disciplinary leadership of the team members in India.
· You plan and promote personnel development in order to meet current and future requirements.
· You ensure agile processes and methods in the projects (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Servant Leadership, Management 3.0).
· You will coach and advise team members for their role as agile DevOps leaders
· You will support the development and expansion of the team and processes within the framework of global sourcing.
· You will be responsible for planning, monitoring and managing projects with internal and external employees in an international environment.
· You will work on cross-departmental and cross-divisional tasks.

What you should bring with you:
· Completed studies with a technical focus (computer science, business informatics) or corresponding well-founded and many years of professional experience
· Agile Mindset
· Comprehensive business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking
· Strong leadership skills, especially result- and team-oriented leadership
· High level of social competence and communication skills with employees, customers and service providers
· Sound judgment and decision-making skills, especially in escalation or emergency situations
· Knowledge of Servant Leadership and Management 3.0
· Good general IT skills as well as good knowledge of the market and overview of new and innovative technologies
· We work in international teams and with business partners in Germany. You are therefore fluent in German and fluent in English.
